Unfortunately, as many are aware, we continue to have issues with both our heating and car parking at Yorkley Health Centre. This has provided many challenges, particularly during the recent cold snap.
As per previous posts, we are actively chasing our landlords in an attempt to speed up the resolution of these issues. We know these issues are having a significant impact on you, our patients (& share your frustrations as daily users of the building!)
Patients may wish to complain directly to our landlords, NHS Property Services. This can be done by phone call 0808 196 2045 or email customer.service@property.nhs.uk
