From Thursday 19.03.2020 we shall be exclusively working from Yorkley Health Centre. This is for GP/nurse appointments and Dispensary.

Therefore the reception opening times at Yorkley Health Centre will change from 08:30 to 18:30 from Monday to Friday starting from Thursday 19.03.2020 until futher notice.

The surgery is closed on the bank holidays and usually on weekends. However, in collaboration with other Forest Practices, weekday evening and weekend daytime appointments are now available either at this surgery or at another surgery in the Forest. These appointments are bookable through this practice.

We also close on 10 afternoons per year for staff training. Please see Staff Training Tab for the scheduled dates.

Medical Emergency Calls  -  8am - 6.30pm - select Option 1   If the emergency is considered to be life threatening, please call 999

Appointments Line  -  8.30am - 1pm and 2.30pm - 5pm - select Option 2

Lab results  -  1pm - 2.30pm   - select Option 4

Home Visits -  select Option 1 before 10am if possible

We appreciate that our phone lines can be very busy at times and that our patients don't always have access to a phone at the times our telephone lines are open.
